I love doing yoga with Jane. It’s been a long time since I last practised, and I was stiff and sore, but after the very first class I felt so much better - I even had a happy cry at the end. Jane is kind and patient, and a wonderful teacher. She remembers all my aches and pains, and suggests modifications that make the practice better for me, without any judgement. I’ve had yoga teachers in the past who felt a bit judgmental and it couldn’t be more different with Jane, she’s so sweet and thoughtful. She just a real person who happens to be amazing at teaching yoga.
Jane's class came at just the right time for me as we were deep in isolation and I was feeling pretty down. Her gentle voice and knowledge is wonderful and you can really feel the care she has even through the zoom. It's been so wonderful to be a part of and I'm so grateful for her as a teacher.

“If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” is Jane’s mantra. I’ve loved every class that Jane has taught. She is patient, observant and gives guidance when you think or feel you need it. Her Yin class was like a huge big hug and I loved all her well considered quotes. Jane is a very generous teacher and you feel like you’ve learnt something new in her classes. In one fell swoop I mastered Tree Pose which I’d been struggling with for ages! Thank you Jane.
